“Heesu in Class 2” finished in a flash, but if you’re already missing Heesu, the gang, and their messy quest for love, there’s more out there to watch. In “Heesu in Class 2,” the whole story was based on Heesu having a longtime (and secret) crush on his closest friend, and this isn’t at all new to BL.

For more K-BLs where there’s a secret crush on a friend, check out these four equally fun watches. They’re all about crushes, confessions, and being honest (however hard it may be).

1. “Something’s Not Right”

If you love best-friend crushes, one of the newest to join the club is “Something’s Not Right.” Now in college, leading man Ba Woo (Choi Min Ho) is trying to get rid of his long-held crush on his childhood best friend, Jee Hoon (Jeong Je Hyeon).

The story starts with Ba Woo’s attempt to cut ties once and for all with Jee Hoon, but it doesn’t quite work. Jee Hoon not only seems completely clueless to Ba Woo’s crush, but he’s also determined to maintain his close friendship with Ba Woo at all costs.

Ba Woo’s plans to move on are derailed further when his diary depicting his unrequited love story is found by a cheeky manhwa artist named Ha Min (Ji Min Seo). Ha Min thinks it would be the perfect story for a manhwa contest happening on campus, so he asks Ba Woo to work with him on it. Little does Ha Min know it’s Ba Woo’s true, ongoing story.

Why it’s worth the watch:
The complex relationship between Ba Woo and Jee Hoon is just so frustratingly good. Something is definitely not right and trying to figure out why they act the way they do around each other is quite the mystery to solve. This isn’t just a simple unrequited crush.
